It clarifies focus It expands options
Our mind is the world’s greatest storyteller and all it wants is our attention. And it knows we pay attention when it tell us scary stories. So, it’s not going to suddenly stop doing that. But we can learn to let those worries come and go, without buying into them.
One simple technique is notice and : as soon as we become aware of our worry thoughts, we silently say to ourself name “Here’s worrying again!” or simple “Worrying”.

4. Replacing weak thought patterns with powerful thought patterns.
Just a few powerful, constructive thoughts a day can counter balance all the weak, non-constructive, and fearful thoughts we have.
When I have negative thoughts , I don’t challenge the thoughts with positive one’s .
I just say ” Thanks for sharing”.
This practice of looking at the thought, and not from the thought leads to self awareness.
I focus on what I want rather than what I don’t want to happen.
Focusing on what I want eventually provides me ways to achieve it.
On the other hand, focusing on what I don’t want to happen destroys my success.
Replacing ‘you’ with ‘I’ and ‘me’ gives me a sense of responsibility and control over myself.
I do my best to keep a good attitude ‘but’ there are a lot of people with bad attitude I deal with everyday

Other People have bad attitude
This gives me the power that having good attitude have no connection with other’s attitude and it gives me a sense of responsibility.
Beliefs are the seeds of our intentions , which are the seeds of our reality.
I have Cultivated the habit of asking myself what I really want at moments daily. Having a clear idea of what I really want and working to achieve it brings me peace and success by synchronizing my desire and actions.
Each time you think have to, replace it with chose to. And see what happens
The more tranquil I am, the greater is my success, my influence, my power for good.
Thinking has become a disease. It’s not so much that you use your mind wrongly-you usually don’t use it at all. It uses you. This is the disease. You believe that you are your mind.
